The Australian Maritime College is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Australia Copyright Act 1968. This act imposes obligations on all AMC staff members and students.

The pages in the site provide general information to assist AMC staff and students to understand their obligations and entitlements with regard to copyright. These pages should not be used in place of legal or other professional advice.
