Further to the guide to the second assignment, I have had a few good questions asked of me!
So, to add to the guide, I note:
1. The "panel side" - that is the page of the Conlinebill 2000, that has spaces on it to fill in the details of the parties and the cargo description etc is indeed part of the Bill. You should deal with the panel page as a (small) part of the assignment response. A short overall description of the page and its purpose will suffice.
2. Part A is the main part of the assignment and one with which you should spend the most time/words on.
