Deck officers have high levels of responsibility and are required to perform a range of duties. When at sea they are responsible for the safe navigation of a ship and when in port, deck officers are responsible for coordinating cargo operations ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and effectively at all times.

• You need to have a Yr 12 qualification to begin this career path
• All students must be in Launceston on Sunday, July 13th
• Course starts on Monday, July 14th
