Hi SM enthusiasts
Another question I receive is how to reference the study guide (not the readings, as their references are already shown on the cover page of each reading and in the study guide).
If citing the study guide, the endtext reference is: Cahoon, S. 2006, Services Marketing: Study Guide, Australian Maritime College. Launceston, Tasmania.
Please note that the words - Services Marketing: Study Guide - should be shown in italics. You will note that the above style mirrors that of referencing a textbook.
The intext reference would be: Cahoon (2006)
My preference however is that you do not rely on the study guide for references, using the readings is much more substantial. However, if you think I have written some incredible words of wisdom, you now have the referencing details. If you decide to reference the study guide, it should be done sparingly - more marks are gained from using other resources, sorry but referencing the study guide does not stroke my ego at all!
Cheers
