additional materials for Module 2

Hi all, Attached are lecture notes for Module 2 and step-by-step guide to solve the optimisation problem using linear programming. It is hoped that you should try to solve it yourself using this guide, as this type of problem in Logistics Network Configuration may be presented in your examination. Additionally, I have attached here another reading about the issue of location in logistics network.
