evaluation on assignment 1 and hints for assignment 2 - Distance students

Dear all, I have just completed marking your first assignment. Overall result was pretty good: 13% Distinction, 25% Credit, 44% Pass, and unfortunately, 19% Fail mainly because of plagiarism. I hope you all improve in the coming assessment tasks. The second assignment is straightforward. Your arguments and discussion should clearly follow the following three main themes: (1) Explain and discuss why strategic partnering is essential for supply chain success. In this respect, you should first explain what it means by "supply chain success", then discuss how strategic partnering in the supply chain contribute to this. (2) Explain and discuss the benefits brought about by strategic partnering in the suply chain, in relation to (1) above. (3) Explain and discuss critical factors to facilitate strategic partnering among trading partners in the supply chain, e.g. factors that make the strategic partnering works well and satisfactorily.
