The following courses have been proposed for 2013:
Proposed Postgraduate Hydrography
This will be the only tertiary education programme in hydrography within Australia (last offered by AMC in the 1980's) and is being developed, under the guidance of industry, for a startup in 2013.
Today’s hydrographer has a strong background in surveying and oceanography theory and competency in data management skills. They have an understanding of the range of positioning and imaging equipment used and knowledge of the range of engineering activities in the offshore and coastal sectors.
