Take a personal tour of the AMC
If you want to see our world-class facilities first hand and get a feel for life as a student at AMC, we offer free one-hour tours of the campus at Newnham when teaching and research schedules allow. The tours are given by current students and are customised to your relevant area of interest so we require a minimum of 14 days' notice for all bookings.
Community Organisations and Non Students
Thanks to strong interest in AMC from various community organisations we now offer community morning tours to non student groups through our community program.
Tour dates for 2012:
Monday 16th April, 9.00am and Monday 12th November, 9.00am
If your community group, club or association is unable to attend the community mornings at AMC, please complete the online tour booking form below and an AMC staff member will be in contact with you.

Would you like to participate in a hands-on activity organised by staff and research students at the National Centre for Marine Conservation and Resource Sustainability?
Activities are designed for science focus groups in high schools and college and have included zooplankton in larval marine fish food chains, and fish anesthesia and measurement. The activities have an aquaculture focus but also encompass ecology, biology, environment, mathematics, technology and fish health. Sessions normally run for 1-2 hours on or off campus depending on topic. Please contact Dr John Purser to discuss topics that may be of interest.
