AMC 2008 Graduation Ceremony

AMC Graduation ceremony will be at 11.00 am on Saturday 13 December 2008 at the Albert Hall, Launceston. It will be preceded by the Town and Gown procession, commencing at 10.00am. Academic gowns for AMC staff and students will be handled through AMC. Planning is underway for a function (including Prizegiving) to be held at AMC after the Graduation. Program and Registration form (PDF) For general information about Graduation, please refer to the UTAS website: http://graduation.admin.utas.edu.au/information.html AMC Academic Regalia Hire Total Hire cost $100 which consists of: Gown (Diplomate, Bachelor, Master or PhD) - $45 Hood (Bachelor, Master)or stole(Diplomate) - $25 Mortarboard (Diplomate, Bachelor, Master) - $30 Tudor Bonnet (PhD) - $30 Refundable deposit (cash only) - $50 Regalia can be collected from room G71 and G72 at AMC on Friday 12 December between 8.30 am and 9.00 pm and returned to AMC on Saturday 13 December between 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm. (Return room location to be advised). Payments may be made should be made at least one week prior to the Graduation ceremony (see the AMC Invitation for payment details). Your deposit is refunded in cash on return of the hired items within the indicated time. Please note that you may keep the mortar board. Failure to return hired items within the specified times will result in loss of deposit and you may be charged the full retail price of the hired items.
