Graduation
Graduation 2009 was a huge success. AMC students joined UTAS students for the ceremony at Albert Hall in Launceston. This was preceded by the Town and Gown Procession through the streets of Launceston.

AMC Academic Regalia Hire
Academic gowns for AMC students will be handled through AMC. After the ceremony, gowns are to be returned to AMC staff at the AMC stand at the Academy of the Arts at Inveresk. All regalia is to be returned by 1.30 pm (i.e. approximately 90 minutes after the close of the ceremony). Total Hire cost $100 which consists of:
- Gown (Diplomate, Bachelor, Master or PhD) – $45
- Hood (Bachelor, Master) or stole (Diplomate) – $25
- Mortarboard (Diplomate, Bachelor, Master) – $30
- Tudor Bonnet (PhD) – $30
- Refundable deposit (cash only) – $50
Payments should be made at least one week prior to the Graduation ceremony. Your deposit is refunded in cash on return of the hired items. Please note that you may keep the mortar board. Failure to return hired items within the specified times will result in loss of deposit and you may be charged the full retail price of the hired items.
